Thank you for shopping at BordGaming! We are committed to delivering your favorite TCG booster boxes, singles, and tabletop supplies as quickly and securely as possible direct from our flagship storefront.

1. Fast Processing & Local Fulfillment

All in-stock orders are processed and handed over to premium carriers within 24-48 business hours direct from our storefront in Richmond, British Columbia. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day. Tracked shipping confirmations will be issued via email instantly upon fulfillment.

3. Pre-Order & "All-In-One" Shipment Rule

To minimize total shipping overhead, orders containing pre-order products will be held in our Richmond warehouse and shipped altogether (All-In-One) once every single item in the cart becomes officially released. If you require immediate split-shipment for the in-stock items, please contact us; note that an extra standard domestic courier fee will apply.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

While delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed, we protect our community. If your package is lost, damaged, or severely delayed in transit, please contact us at hi@bordgaming.com immediately. Our team will actively step in to launch an official investigation and file a claim with the courier to resolve the issue for you promptly.
